Ahmad Zikri has been working on Penang homes since 2011. He knows the difference between a joint that simply needs tightening and one that needs replacing. That kind of judgement isn't found in a manual — it comes from time on the job, in properties that range from 1970s terrace houses to newer high-rise units with different pipe configurations.
Harmoni Air doesn't take on jobs outside its scope. If something falls outside what our three services cover, we'll say so clearly and point you in the right direction.

Prices are per service, inclusive of labour. Parts costs are included for standard replacements (hoses, washers, standard fittings).

At Harmoni Air, the prices listed here are the prices you pay. No call-out fee on top. No parts surcharge for standard items. If a job falls outside the standard scope — say, unusual fitting types or structural complications — we discuss it with you before proceeding.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
A booking that doesn't require follow-up.
We confirm time windows and keep to them. Enquiries sent by form are read and replied to within the same working day. The same person you speak to when booking is the one who shows up — there's no relay between an office and a crew.
If something changes on our end — an earlier job runs longer than expected — we contact you before the window closes. We don't expect you to call us to find out what's happening.
