1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
- "Harmoni Air" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the plumbing business operating under this name, based at 14, Lebuh Light, 10200 George Town, Penang, Malaysia.
- "Customer" / "you" refers to any individual or household that engages our services.
- "Service" refers to any of the three plumbing services offered: Single-Service Call, Pipe Joint Inspection, and Whole-Home Bathroom Refit.
- "Agreement" refers to the booking confirmation between the customer and Harmoni Air, whether by phone, email, or web form.
- "Site" refers to the website at harmoniai.pro.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry or booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement, and accept these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply each time you engage our services.
3. Service Description
Harmoni Air provides three residential plumbing services:
- Single-Service Call (RM 235): A single visit to address one identified plumbing fault — dripping tap, slow drain, or running toilet.
- Pipe Joint Inspection (RM 295): A systematic inspection of accessible pipe joints throughout the home, with tightening, hose replacement where needed, and a written summary.
- Whole-Home Bathroom Refit (RM 1,500): Coordinated replacement of basin, mixer, toilet, and shower set across two bathrooms, including preparation, sealing, and fixture testing.
Services are available to residential customers in George Town and surrounding areas of Penang island. Service availability is at our discretion and may vary by location and schedule.
4. Booking and Confirmation
A booking is confirmed when Harmoni Air contacts you to confirm a scheduled visit time. Submission of an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking. We aim to respond to all enquiries within the same working day.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are fixed per service as stated on the site and in all booking communications. No deposit is required. Payment is due on completion of the service, accepted by DuitNow transfer or cash. No additional call-out fee is charged. Standard replacement parts (washers, O-rings, standard hoses) are included in the service price. Non-standard or specialist parts will be quoted separately and agreed with the customer before use.
6. Scope of Service and Changes
Each service has a defined scope. If additional work is identified during a visit that falls outside the agreed service scope, work will pause and the customer will be informed before proceeding. No additional work is carried out without explicit customer agreement. Harmoni Air reserves the right to decline work that falls outside its stated services.
7. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate information about the issue when booking
- Ensure reasonable access to the relevant areas of the property at the agreed time
- Be present or ensure a responsible adult (18+) is present during the visit
- Notify us promptly if a booking needs to be rescheduled
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible by phone or email. Cancellations with less than two hours' notice may result in a RM 50 inconvenience charge to cover the plumber's travel time. We reserve the right to waive this at our discretion.
9. Warranties and Disclaimer
We stand behind our workmanship. If a repair carried out under a Single-Service Call or Pipe Joint Inspection fails within 30 days and the failure is attributable to our work (not wear, misuse, or unrelated factors), we will return to address it at no charge. This does not apply to fixtures supplied by the customer under the Bathroom Refit service, where manufacturer warranties apply separately.
We do not provide formal warranties beyond the above and do not make representations about the expected lifespan of any repair or installation.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability in connection with any service is limited to the price paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of use of property, or consequential damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is the property of Harmoni Air and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
12. Privacy
Use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Penang, Malaysia.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
