A focused inspection of accessible pipe joints under sinks, behind toilets, and along washing machine connections. Loose unions are tightened and aged hoses replaced where needed.

Whole-Home Bathroom Refit

What areas in Penang do you cover?
We are based in George Town and serve most parts of Penang island, including Tanjung Bungah, Batu Ferringhi, Air Itam, and Jelutong. For areas further afield, feel free to call and we'll let you know.
How long does a typical visit take?
A Single-Service Call usually takes between 45 minutes and 1.5 hours depending on the issue. A Pipe Joint Inspection takes around 1.5 to 2 hours. The Whole-Home Bathroom Refit is typically a full-day job spread across one to two visits.
Do I need to prepare anything before the visit?
Just clear a bit of space under sinks or around the fixture in question. We bring our own tools and protective floor covers. For the bathroom refit, we'll discuss fixture selection with you beforehand.
Are the prices fixed or can they change after the visit?
Our prices are fixed per service. You know the amount before booking. If additional work is discovered that falls outside the agreed scope, we will discuss it with you and get your approval before proceeding — never after.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer (DuitNow) and cash. Payment is made at the end of the visit, once you're satisfied with the work.
Can I book same-day?
Same-day bookings are sometimes available depending on our schedule. The easiest way is to call us directly. For non-urgent jobs, booking a day or two ahead usually works well.
